How long does an order take to process?
Orders usually will take 3 business days to be processed unless otherwise specified. Once order is processed allow 24-48 business hours to receive a tracking number from UPS/ Fedex/USPS once information is updated in their tracking system. When you receive tracking allow 2-3 business days to receive order.
How do I receive a tracking number?
A tracking number will be emailed directly to you. If you can’t find it in your email then also check your spam.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes, every item we carry will have a different fit. We provide a size chart to guide you every step of the way, to ensure you’re choosing the correct size for each product. XS 1

Medium 7-9

Why has my item been cancelled?
1.) Either payment wasn’t approved and you need to add another form of payment information for payment to be accurately processed. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD ISSUER OR BANK TO VERIFY THAT THE BILLING INFORMATION IS CORRECT. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.
2.) Billing and shipping address on your order does not match.
3.) The item is no longer available and no expected restock date is available at that time.
